Every year, Human Welfare Foundation provides undergraduate and postgraduate scholarships to needy students across the country based on their academic performances, economic background, and social commitment.

445 students from 12 states were given Merit cum Means Scholarship during 2021. The special scholarship was given to 247 students. Nine among them were given scholarships to study abroad and119 were students from Delhi violence-affected families.
